McCarthy Wolff works on a “Made to Order” system, meaning once you have placed your order online the production of your garment will begin. The turnaround time on our garments are 4-6 weeks.

This means you will received your order 4-6 weeks after you have placed it online (All orders placed in December will be processed when the New Year begins - studio production begins the second week of January, therefore all December orders will be received by the end of February).

If a rush order is required please contact us directly through studio@mccarthywolff.co.za and we will try our best to accommodate you.

McCarthy Wolff has a strict no return or refund policy as all garments are “made to order”.

The only exception is if any garments arrive defective or damaged, we will then exchange them. You have 5 working days from receiving the parcel to notify us about the defective garments. When notifying us, we will require an image of the defective garment in order for us to asses the damage. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and replaced.
